Privacy statement

Eagle Vision Business BV values your privacy. Below you can read which personal data we collect, why we do so, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch: AVG).
1. Who we are
Eagle Vision Business BV is the data controller for your personal data. 360!, the 360! Community and 360! Training & Coaching are brand names of Eagle Vision Business BV.
2. What data we process

We ask for no more than necessary. For a free sign-up, we only ask for your name, email address and phone number.
About sensitive topics. In coaching, you may sometimes share something about your health, your faith or your home situation. We do not ask about this and we do not record it in a file. If you do share it, we treat it confidentially and use it only to guide you.
3. Why we are allowed to do this
- Performance of the agreement: to give you access to the 360! Community or a programme you have purchased, and to process your order.
- Consent: for sending emails with tips, offers and invitations. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
- Legal obligation: for the financial records of paid programmes.
- Legitimate interest: to improve our services and to make recordings of 360! Sessions available to the participants of that same programme.
We do not make decisions about you based on automated processing or profiling.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver the service, and we have a data processing agreement with each of them:
- Systeme.io, for the website, sign-up forms, contact management and sending emails
- Mollie, for processing payments
- Stripe, which places cookies via our website platform to detect fraud at checkout
- Microsoft Clarity, which our website platform systeme.io uses on the order pages to see where the ordering process gets stuck
- The 360! Discord, the environment of the 360! Community
- WhatsApp by Meta, for personal contact about your access
- Google, for storing our records
- The video calling and scheduling software we use for 360! Sessions and introductory calls
We also share data where the law requires us to, for example with the Belastingdienst (the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration).
Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area. This takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
5. How long we keep data

6. Security
Our website and forms work via a secure connection (SSL). Access to the contact database is protected by a personal account with a strong, unique password and two-step verification where possible. Only people who genuinely need access have it.
If, despite all this, something goes wrong and this poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will report it to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority) and, where necessary, to you as well.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or supplemented, to have it deleted, to have its processing restricted, to object, to receive your data in a readable file and to withdraw your consent.
Send your request to info@360community.nl. We will respond within one month. If your request is complex or we receive a large number of requests at the same time, we may extend that period by two months. In that case, we will let you know within the first month. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Some of these are necessary for the pages and the order forms to work. In addition, our website platform systeme.io places two cookies from the payment service Stripe to detect fraud at checkout. These are necessary to be able to pay securely. We do not need to ask for consent for these necessary cookies, and they are always on.
On the order pages, systeme.io itself also places cookies from Microsoft Clarity, which the platform uses to see where visitors get stuck in the ordering process. These cookies belong to the platform and fall outside the choice you make below. If you do not want them, you can block them via your browser settings.
We only place anything beyond what is necessary after you have said yes to it. That is why, on your first visit, you will see a cookie notice at the bottom of the screen in which you choose for each type yourself.
Necessary. Needed to display the page, process your sign-up and complete your payment securely. Always on.
Statistics. Google Analytics. This lets us see which page is viewed, how long someone stays and where someone drops off. We use this to improve the website, not to track you personally.
Marketing. Meta and Google Ads. This lets us measure which advertisement brought someone to our page, and show fewer advertisements to people who are already taking part.
As long as you do not give consent, statistics and marketing remain off. We use Google Consent Mode for this, which means these services may only store data after you have said yes. If you decline, you can simply continue and we only see anonymous totals.
We store your choice in your own browser for six months. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings.
9. Age
Our programmes and the 360! Community are intended for people aged sixteen and over. If you are younger, we need permission from your parent or guardian.
10. Changes
We may amend this privacy statement when our way of working changes. The current version is always available at www.360community.nl/360privacyverklaring, with the date of the last change at the top. You can find our general terms and conditions here.
